What if the other party doesn't respond?
No problem. After the waiting period (usually 14 days), your dashboard automatically shows the next step. You decide when to send it.
Can I edit the letter before it's sent?
Yes. You see the full letter and can adjust it before it goes out. You only pay once you're satisfied.
How do I know my letter arrived?
You receive legally valid proof of receipt that lands in your file automatically — under eIDAS Art. 43. That proof is exactly what counts if you later need to escalate.
Do I get my money back if there's no result?
Lexeon provides the delivery and the proof — we can't guarantee an outcome, because that depends on the other party. You only pay for what you actually send.
Is Lexeon a lawyer?
No. Lexeon helps you act correctly and provably yourself, and does not give legal advice. For large or complex cases we refer you to a lawyer or legal aid.
Do I need to speak Dutch?
No. You use Lexeon entirely in English. The letters we send are in Dutch — the language that carries legal weight in the Netherlands — but you read every explanation and a clear summary of each letter in English, and you stay in control of everything.
